Increase in Minimum Wage in 4 Provinces

Starting, October 1st four provinces in Canada will make changes in their minimum wages. These four provinces are Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Manitoba and Saskatchewan. New wages are decided on the basis of inflation rates at regular intervals. How are wages calculated ?

Wages are simply calculated on the basis of hours, a person has worked per week. On an average a person works 39 hours per week in Ontario.
